1. Call to Order
Mayor O’Leary called the meeting to order.
2. Approve Agenda
Mayor O’Leary asked if there were any additions or corrections to the agenda.
Councilmember Hendrickson moved to adopt the agenda, seconded by Councilmember Hovey. Motion carried (5-0).
3. Consent Agenda
Mayor O’Leary moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by Councilmember Nelson. Motion carried (5-0).

c) Monthly Financial Statements
d) Receive Building Inspection Report
e) Receive City Forester Report
f) Receive Public Safety Report
g) Engineer’s Report

i) Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Mendota Heights for Recycling Services
4. Comments from the Public
Residents of 2431 Angell Road asked about the potential sale of Harmon Park. The mayor explained that the city was approached by a resident inquiring about the purchase of one of the city owned lots. Staff are currently waiting for the property files to be scanned so that additional research can be done. The mayor noted that no action will be taken at this time and more information will be available in the next city newsletter.

There were no Planning Commission Items.
7. New/Other Business
a. Ordinance Adopting State Fire Code and Appointing the Mendota Heights Fire Department as the City Fire Department.
Moved by Mayor O’Leary to adopt Resolution No. 25-11, Appointing the City of Mendota Heights Fire Department and Fire Marshal for the City of Sunfish Lake, seconded by Councilmember Bulach. Motion carried (5-0).
Moved by Mayor O’Leary to adopt Ordinance No. 2025-3, An Ordinance Amending Article VII of the City Code of Sunfish Lake by Adding Fire Department Section 702 Adopting the Minnesota State Fire Code, seconded by Councilmember Hovey. Motion carried (5-0).
9. Adjournment
Mayor O’Leary adjourned the meeting at 7:16 p.m.
