1. Call to Order
Acting Mayor Hovey called the meeting to order.
2. Approve Agenda
Acting Mayor Hovey asked if there were any additions or corrections to the agenda.
Moved by Councilmember Hendrickson to adopt the agenda, seconded by Councilmember Bulach. Motion carried (4-0).
3. Consent Agenda
Moved by Councilmember Nelson to approve the consent agenda as follows, seconded by Councilmember Bulach. Motion carried (4-0).

7a. Appointment of Acting Mayor
Councilmember Hendrickson moved to appoint Councilmember Hovey as Acting Mayor, seconded by Acting Mayor Hovey. Motion carried (4-0)
7b. Appointment of Planning Commission Chair
Acting Mayor Hovey moved to reappoint Kevin Wu as chair of the Planning Commission for 2026, seconded by Councilmember Hendrickson. Motion carried (4-0)
8. Adjourn
Acting Mayor Hovey adjourned the meeting at 7:04 p.m.
